Not Only The Reverend Ministers
Can Bless People
It is better to bless, than to curse.

Introduction
Some ministers of God, especially reverend Fathers, discourage their members from blessing people. Such ministers think that it is their duty, right and privilege to bless people. One Catholic priest said, “Other ministers of God pray for people, but only the reverend Fathers can bless.”
In another case, a woman narrated what led to the disorganization of a prayer ministry. She said the prayer warriors were laying hands on people and praying for deliverance. When the parish priest sighted them, he came to the venue of the prayer and rebuked all those present, saying, “You must not lay hand on people or bless them. It is only the reverend fathers that can do that.” This stand of the priest disorganized the prayer ministry and the members scattered.
Such is the bad effects of wrong actions taken out of spiritual blindness, by neglecting the inspirations and guidance of the Holy Spirit. And I ask, “Why is it that the Catholic Priests are always doing things contrary to what the Bible said.” To the ordinary masses, the priests appear to be doing the will of God, but in spirit and by Spiritual Science, the priests oppose every thing of God: always busy doing the wishes of the anti-Christ without knowing it. They are misleading the congregations because the priests use human logic and reasoning in interpreting the spiritual statements in the scriptures. You may not believe this. Yet, it is true. The Right Thing
The fact is that ordinary people can each bless the others. Also, it is righteousness whenever a man blesses God. God is infinite in perfection. Yet, He appreciates the blessings and praises of His little creatures.
Is it not disappointing that many religious leaders are spiritually dead and blind? That is why they do not know that even plants and grasses sing, clap, bless and praise God. It is righteousness to bless the Lord for His good works.
Besides:
- It was Abraham that blessed Isaac.
- It was Isaac that blessed Jacob.
- It was Jacob that blessed his twelve sons.
- It was Moses that blessed the twelve tribes of Israelites.
- A wise man blesses his children.
It is the duty and right of everybody to bless one another.
This is love, and it is perfection.
And I ask, “What do religious leaders gain
by keeping their members ignorant of the Truth?
What do they gain by lording it over multitudes
who not know what man is?
What do religious leaders gain by claiming to serve God,
whereas they are busy serving themselves?”
